I'm several weeks out of my primary rhinoplasty and I'm thrilled with the results.  The initial healing was scary and lots of weird stuff turned up in the process that's since receeded.  In those first few days-weeks of sitting on my ***, with nothing to do but stare in the mirror, it's easy to get obsessed with every perceived flaw.  Now that I'm more or less done with it and moved on with my life I'm glad I did it and VERY happy with my results.  I probably won't post on these boards any more, but at 8 weeks I'll take a final set of pictures and will send the link to anyone who's PMed me.
