 hi all i had my septorhinoplasty 8days ago now an im abit dissopointed to be honest ive got the external splint of an my nose looks really fat from the front an my nose looks preaty much the same from the side as it was before is  this from swelling ive still got the internal splints in any advice will be greatful its just my nose looks so fat an ugly
